So I'm trying to get my passport renewed and it's a pain in the ass! Canada has a lot of very strict and (sometimes) unnecessary steps that I must take. You figure just having an old passport would cut me a little slack.
Well to be honest, in the long run I prefer Canada's method of taking steps to limit false passports. As opposed to America's method of imposing fear by imprisoning anyone found with illegal documents. Prevention vs Punishment.
