A great chess tournament has been going on all week here in Enghien. I've been three days so far and seen some really great games.
My favourite is the Russian, Bareev. He's ranked #7 in the world and he's got such an aggressive, yet relaxed style ... just waiting for a mistake.
I saw two games where I was sure that he had lost. But he sat there thinking about 20 minutes and then moved with determination until he won.
Very impressive.
