  • With ASP.NET, the support section of mega.com was redeveloped to display information based on the content of an XML file. This allowed the Support team to dynamically make updates to the website independent of the webmaster and the manual updating of HTML.
  • Designed and developed a Knowledge Base system to improve content management for the Technical Support team. The KB has become an integral part of the company, both as a web application and an offline (CHM) reference for MEGA consultants worldwide.
  • Worked closely with Development, QA, Support and Documentation teams to enhance a variety of existing projects through the improvement of HTML markup (focus on CSS design) and the creation of graphical images and icons.
  • As a native English speaker, played an important part in defining and improving the communication between MEGA offices in Paris (France), London (UK) and Boston (USA).

  • Independently became an expert on StarTeam and took on the responsibility of training 200+ employees in Atlanta (USA) and Reading (UK), saving the company more than $50,000.
  • Weekly training sessions for the improvement of leadership, management and creativity skills provided the confidence to become a successful leader of team projects.
  • A Perl script was developed to control the build process for the development teams at ISS. Through consistent user feedback, the script became incredibly flexible for automating a wide variety of software processes, saving countless hours of manual labour.
  • Objectives and timelines for the internal web applications Greensea and Hydro were met by maintaining effective communication between the team and the clients.
  • With a keen eye for clean design, applied a professional look and feel to the web-based installation of SiteProtector, the primary security management system of ISS (2001).
